Import shipping agent clearance service

Sea inspection

For goods subject to legal inspection, before the customs declaration, the customs declaration procedures should be carried out at the locality. If the goods need to be declared in different places, the place inspection and quarantine institution may implement the electronic transfer order or issue the “outbound goods renewal voucher”, which is also commonly called The "Commodity Inspection and Renewal Receipt" will then go through the electronic transfer order slip or exchange certificate to the port inspection and quarantine institution to reissue the "Outbound Goods Clearance Order" for customs clearance procedures. The specific operation process is as follows:

   Prepare the corresponding inspection materials and submit them to the Commodity Inspection Bureau---Commercial Inspection Bureau accepts the inspection---payments---issue the "Outbound Goods Renewal Voucher" or send the electronic information to the port inspection and quarantine institution and issue the "exit goods renewal certificate" article"

   The commodity inspection documents of common law inspection goods generally include: inspection documents for export goods, export trade contracts, export packing lists, export commercial invoices, and registration certificates for self-inspection enterprises. (Export goods subject to special inspection shall also provide national export approval and relevant certificates, inspection certificates, etc.).

   After obtaining the "Commodity Inspection and Renewal Receipt", the booking should be booked in time, and the customs clearance and quarantine of the customs declaration will be reissued and the Customs Clearance Form for Outbound Goods will be renewed. The commodity inspection agency issues an inspection certificate for the goods that have passed the inspection, or stamps the release stamp on the “export customs declaration form”.

   Remarks: It is necessary to go through the customs clearance procedures during the validity period of the “Customs Clearance Form for Outbound Goods” (60 days for general cargo and special provisions for special cargo). If the customs clearance period exceeds the validity period, the customs will not release it.
